Registration fees

All participants to Dommel-Valley event, not working for one of the sponsoring companies, must pay the registration fee prior to the event. Employees of one of the sponsoring companies have access to online registration via a partner code. All participants should bring their printed e-ticket to the registration desk in order to be granted access to the event.

Financial transactions for Dommel Valley are being handled by 'Stichting Classic Car Cranendonck en Omstreken' on a non-profit basis.

The registration fee only consists of a small contribution in the costs for lunch, allowance for the keynote speakers and other event facilities.

Cancellation Policy

Dommel Valley is a non-profit collaboration of learning professionals, organizing the Dommel-Valley event on 'best effort' basis. Cancelling a registration with a refund is not possible. Circumstances, as sickness of a speaker or severe incidents, might cause changes in the program, a replanning or a cancellation of the event. Dommel-Valley will communicate these changes or cancellations via the www.dommel-valley.org website.

Liability

Dommel Valley will not accept liability for damages of any nature sustained by delegates or accompanying persons, or loss of, or damage to their personal property as a result of the Event or related events.

In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, Dommel-Valley accepts no responsibility for loss of monies incurred by delegates.

Attendancees and speakers should make their own arrangements with respect to personal insurance, along with travel insurance.

Personal Insurance

Dommel-Valley cannot be responsible for healthcare, dental and ambulance services during its conferences or events. Dommel Valley strongly recommends that participants take out comprehensive medical and travel insurance. Therefore, Dommel-Valley and its local organisers accept no responsibility of any nature whatsoever for personal injury, death, loss or damage to property or participants however caused or arising.
